At this time last Sunday I was all amped up
about seeing Chrisette’s show later...
and boy did I jam!!! Her live shows
never disappoint. She is BANANAS live!
I’d tell my favorite parts but
I don’t wanna give away all the juices
for those of you who have yet to see her.
Chrisette Michele, I was so happy that
this was your headlining tour ‘cause it
was all about YOU! [I saw and met you
in Orlando when u came w/Raheem & Solange
and I remember wishing the WHOLE SHOW
was of you lol - geez, time flies! that seems
like just yesterday!.. and look how
far God’s brought you :)] so my wish
was granted and then some ‘cause I got
to see Laura Izibor as well! She totally rocked it!
Anywho, the show was the bomb.
Stunning, cool, relatable, dashes of fun,
with truckloads of incredible stage presence,
buckets of HIL-AIR-EE-US, miles inspiring,
and a fickyficky phenomenal voice box -
Thats all you Chrisette.
I had so much fun! Thanks
for coming to Tampa!

Words CANNOT Describe!
Ms. Chrisette Michele, you are AMAZING! Your music is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I know every single song of yours by heart! I admire you as an artist, as a person and I look forward to what you are going to bring to this entertainment industry in the future. You prove that there are still artists left with RAW talent! And I LOVE following you on twitter (I've been trying to get you to follow me on twitter forever lol @nursefaithers ^_^). Keep it up! I'll be at the concert tomorrow in Detroit!!

Chrisette-Unique and Immensely Talented
Chrisette, I love real singers, and you are one of the best. I adore singers like Jill Scott, Al Green, and Anita Baker. Believe it or not, you have replaced Jill Scott as my favorite songstress. When I heard "Love Is You" for the first time, it stopped me in my tracks and gave me chills. I appreciate your talent and your hard work, and I'll continue to spread the word about you.

All I Ever Think About...
I am writing in my CM Journal right now... Chrisette, thank you for coming out last night and shining your light on us here in the Bull City (Durham, NC). Words can't even describe how beautiful that show was. I also hope my poem reached you 'Dealing With It'... it's nice knowing I'm not the only Hopeless Romantic out here in the world! Love is YOU!!!
It seems like only yesterday my journey with you began...I left my ipod and my husband and I were on a long trip to St. Louis from Washington D.C. He stopped at a Circuit City in Maryland(because he knew I could drive forever as long as I could jam) and came out with a CD. He said " I know you love real singers and I heard her on one the joints I listen to." I thought he was crazy. Who is this "Chrisette Michele"? I put the CD in and heard your voice. I was blown away. It was truly "like a dream to me". I was blown away by your voice. I have not taken that CD out of my car since. But that was only the beginning of my journey with you. I must say I am ashamed to call my self a fan. Every time, I tried to see you live something happened. One of my best friends loves you as much as I do, and told me that if I saw you live I would never be the same. Epiphany. Truly a fitting title. It is so rare that an artist can release a second album that is as good, if not better than the first... but you did, and I was "so glad about it"! Anyway, I still had not seen you live, and this friend of mine had the honor of you singing "Golden" in Atlanta while he proposed to the love of his life. It was truly life changing for them and astonishing to me. I thought, how wonderful a artist, a person, to make a moment like that even more special and unforgettable. Wow! So now its October 2009, and I am home sick for ATL and bombed that I just heard about you opening for Maxwell in DC. Little did I know that my "little piece of heaven on earth" would be making my dreams come true. The night of the concert, he told me to put on something nice because he had a surprise for me. My husband spent $400 dollars, for me to see you in D.C. I liked Maxwell, but wasn't a fan (that changed that night, thanks Chrisette)! You brought the house down. I had awesome seats. I thought I couldn't love my husband more. What a prince! What a night! But, I got an even greater gift. He knows how much I adore you and he bought me tickets to see you last Sunday at the Keswick Theatre. I was 4 rows back from the front row. Chrisette you are truly amazing. You sang "love is you" and I sang it to my husband with you. Just as I thought it couldn't get any better, my husband surprised me yet again and I got to meet you and get this wonderful autograph I am looking at now. Thank you for believing in love, singing about love, and being true to yourself. A fan for life.....

A DeepDeep Breath or fresh air
I went to see you at the Fillmore in Charlotte NC and I loved the show. You are just as beautiful as the people you claim to be. I love the way you are hippy but you dont flawnt it even though the men do love the hips.......you know it.......you are so classy with yours OfficaNorwood 28645

I must say when I listened to this CD it was telling my life story. Chrisette Michele you are my "MUSE." We need more strong divas like you that will express what we as woman are feeling and thinking. I love all of your music but this one especially hit home for me. Keep them coming your soul uplifts so many of us and all I can say is Thank You for your ultimate gift that you are sharing with us.
