Just Felt Like
I just felt like writing something here, an epiphany, because I assume I won't be able to for much longer. I can't wait to hear the new single. Can't wait to hear the new album. Oh yes, I am excited. :) P.S. - I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that the Chrisette Michele Fanclub get started up soon. CM rocks!

If you can Part it You can comb through it!
A lot of times you dread the decisions you make And the only way to get rid of them is to cut them out of your life totally. Life presents itself naturally but you want to straighten it and get the kinks out without having to go permanent. You want to be washed and conditioned when you’re going through but you need the treatment that will prohibit you from running into dead ends. Don’t get it twisted cause it’s like walking a tight rope And so the rope doesn’t unravel you better braid it and add an extension. You think you can hide, you might as well have a jerry curl, where you will always leave a trace but before you even step He sees your face. Don’t be intimidated by the world, no matter your color Those who don’t like you rinse them off cause ain’t no need in you dye-ing trying to please another. “Man looks at your outward appearance but God looks at your heart”. There will be easy days where you will brush right through them, and then there will be days when you will have to bob and weave but you’ll make it as long as you believe. It all depends on the season your in At times you want to curl up and forget everything but you end up with a crimp that you can’t wrap cause you set yourself up for a trap. In life there’s no time for gaps. You want people to love you but you can’t take it when they are blunt with you You need to stop putting up a front cause correction is what you want. You let them take you to the point where you want to wet set it on them but is it worth going under the dryer whose temp. keeps going higher. Hell is hot! Stop and think, remember He looks at your heart He does the impossible, Parted the sea to show proof to you and me So if you can part it, you can comb through it. And hair you go!!!! My NEW Chrisette
My spirit is at an ultimate high right now. I just had a baby girl on July 12 and her name is Chrisette Summer. She is absolulty the most beautiful baby in the world. ( I wish I could send you a picture of her) I had to name her after you. You are by far one of the most sincere artist I have heard. Your songs/lyrics are not only touching but have help me deal with and make it through some serious issues. When I first heard you a few years ago...I had no idea who you were, yet I feel in love with your music. Then I heard your name and fell in love with it. I told myself if I ever had another daughter, her name would be Chrisette...hands down. Here I am blessed with that daughter. You are a true inspiration! Thank you for sharing your talent and beauty with all of us thru your music. I can't wait for more.

A Little Love From Orlando
My 9yr old daughter Payton absolutely adores you! You are by far her favorite singer. The other night I told her that my wife and I were going to see you at the House of Blues - Orlando and she was crushed. I had no idea that she would take it so hard. It was if I had completely betrayed her. Her sadness hurt me t...o the core. It would be an absolute blessing to meet you and get an autograph for her. Maybe that would restore her confidence in me and my "best daddy" status.
